What Supplies Does
DTF Printing Take?
Three consumables make every DTF transfer: a pigment ink set (CMYK plus a high-opacity White underbase — Orange and Green expand the gamut), PET transfer film for the print to release from, and a hot-melt adhesive that bonds it to the garment. Your printer and heat press are equipment; these are the supplies you actually reorder.

Yes — that is the point of the matched system. Artistri® P1600 inks, DTF-120 PET transfer film, and JA1100 powder-free Jettable Adhesive come from the same DuPont chemistry bench, so every layer of the transfer is engineered to work with the next.
DuPont’s matched DTF-120 PET film — a 24-inch by 328-foot roll (600 mm × 100 m) that transfers at 302°F / 150°C and releases with either a hot or cold peel. Call 480-229-7806 to source it alongside your ink order.
You need an adhesive layer — either conventional TPU hot-melt powder or DuPont’s JA1100 Jettable Adhesive, a liquid that jets through an Epson I3200 printhead and eliminates the powder shaker entirely. JA1100 is rolling out through OEM partners; ask us about availability for your setup.
